They will enrich your food with iron content and build your immunity. Plus, they will enhance the flavour of any dish by giving them a nice, rustic taste.

Use and Care

Since the Cast Iron Products comes pre-seasoned, it would need gentle cleaning initially. Use mild liquid dishwashing detergent to clean and then wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Apply any cooking oil and heat the pan over a gas flame for 20 mins. After it cools completely, wipe off excess oil, if any.
Repeat this process several times before you start using the product. This will be useful to get the desired cooking results.
Always store your Cast Iron Product in a dry place after cleaning and seasoning.
Avoid leaving it soaked in water for long. Cleaning it immediately after its use is highly recommended.

Does it have a Naturally non-stick finish?

Yes, all our cast iron products are pre seasoned which makes the product non stick while cooking.

Is the black color on the pan normal?

The black oil is supposedly the seasoning oil which is completely harmless. Frequent cooking and treating of the products might make the oil disappear

Is it easy to maintain cast iron products?

Yes, use mild liquid soap to clean the pan and scrub them with a soft scrubber. Rinse and thoroughly dry the Cast iron pan with paper towels and rub a very light layer of cooking oil.

Healthy – Unlike non stick and other pans,iron is very healthy. All indian food is flavor rich and cooked in high heat, making cast iron the best fit for us. It also enriches iron content in our food.; Tasty – Cast iron gives the traditional rustic taste to your food. It requires very less oil to cook. You deserve tasty and healthy food every day.
Use & Care – Once you received your cookware, clean it completely using mild liquid/water and pat dry using a soft cloth. Then apply cooking oil all over a surface and leave it for 6 hours. And then heat under medium flame for 5 mins. After 5 mins, switch it off and let it cool down completely. Repeat the process for 3- 4 times before starting to cook to get your desired result. On further usage, it becomes non-sticky and your food will taste the best.
Cleaning use a soft scrubber to clean. Apply oil and store it in a dry place.
